SANTA ANA - A man has been arrested on charges of murdering his fiance by shooting her in the head after an argument over the defendant's other girlfriend. Philip Ngoc Nguyen, 25, Fountain Valley, is charged with one felony count of murder with sentencing enhancements for the personal use of a firearm and the personal use of a firearm causing death. On August 30, 2011, at 5:42 p.m., the Fountain Valley Police Department arrested two male juvenile suspects for firing a pneumatic BB pistol at vehicles. The two suspects were identified following an investigation into four vehicles being damaged by BBs between August 26 and August 30. On June 22, 2011, Fountain Valley Police Detectives were in the city of Moreno Valley when they witnessed a hand-to-hand narcotic transaction between Martin Angulo and Juan Salgado. Both Angulo and Salgado separated and drove away from the scene in different vehicles. Detectives observed several Vehicle Code violations on Angulo's vehicle, and a traffic stop was initiated.
