INDECENT EXPOSURE

On Thursday May 10, 2012, the Fountain Valley Police Department responded to the area of Foothill St. and Azalea Ave. regarding a report of an indecent exposure. Investigation revealed the 17yr old victim was waiting for a ride home from school in the area. As she waited, a male suspect seated in a vehicle asked her if she wanted a ride. The female victim looked at the suspect and observed he was masturbating. The victim ran from the suspect at which time he fled the scene. A few moments later, the victim again observed the suspect vehicle in the residential tract at which time she ran to Los Amigos High School. The suspect was described as male Hispanic, 20-30 years old, chubby cheeks, big ears, dark hair, clean shaven, and wearing a gray long sleeve shirt. The suspect was driving a mid 90's white Chevrolet Suburban with tinted windows and 22" chrome rims. The vehicle had an unknown California license plate.
