On Monday, October 1, 2012 at 0716 hours, the Fountain Valley Police Department responded to a subject trapped under a recreational vehicle on Lawson River, east of Ward Street in the City of Fountain Valley. Following their arrival, officers observed an unresponsive 48-year-old male victim trapped under a large Winnebago RV.
