Records Bureau
The Records Bureau consists of seven Records Specialists, along with two volunteers who work a few hours each week with filing and citation entry. Records personnel are responsible for:
- Processing all reports and preparing all court packages when necessary.
- Entering all report information into the computer mainframe for access by all State agencies, working in conjunction with the Department of Justice and court systems.
- Maintaining all arrest records and Field Interview cards.
- Releasing stored vehicles.
- Maintaining on-going flow of citations.
- Assisting in Officer/Detective requests.
- Duplicating records for insurance purposes.
- Assisting the Front Desk.
