The power outage affected traffic signals along Brookhurst St., Warner Ave., Slater Ave., and Ward St. Fountain Valley P.D. units were assisted at and around the widespread scene by Fountain Valley Public Works Dept. and the Fountain Valley Fire Dept. Southern California Edison crews had power restored in approximately 90 minutes after the incident. In addition to the driver, the vehicle was occupied by three minor children who were uninjured in the collision. Mr. Hole was transported to an area hospital. He was later arrested and released on a citation for DUI by traffic investigators. The investigation is continuing and additional charges are pending. | |
