Burglary Suspect Arrested | |
| At approximately 11:35 PM, Tuesday, 11/24/09, Fountain Valley Police Department patrol units responded to a burglary alarm at a business in the 18300 block of Mt. Baldy Cir. A unit arrived on scene in less than two minutes and discovered the front glass door of the business had been smashed. Another responding unit observed a vehicle leaving the area, which is primarily light industrial, and stopped the vehicle without incident. Subsequent investigation both at the business and the vehicle stop revealed the business had been burglarized and stolen property, including several computers and a television, were located in the vehicle. Charles Daniel Perez Jr., 32, Santa Ana, the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, was booked into Orange County Jail on charges of burglary and possession of stolen property. Perez is on parole from the California Dept. of Corrections and is being held without bail. | |
