Providing professional law enforcement service requires strong teamwork among the members of the Police Department.  Achieving the goals outlined in our Mission Statement can only be accomplished by maintaining a strong partnership between the community and the Police Department.  This partnership forms the foundation of our Community Oriented Policing philosophy.  Our web site is designed and regularly updated to provide you with an opportunity to learn more about the Fountain Valley Police Department, as well as provide comments or suggestions. 

Since 1981, I have experienced first hand the wonderful support extended by the community to its Police Department.  You've always been there for us - we'll be there for you.
