It is ILLEGAL to sell or use fireworks within Fountain Valley City limits.
This includes fireworks commonly referred to as “safe and sane” fireworks, which are for sale and used in neighboring cities. The Fountain Valley Police and Fire Departments will be citing violators of the City’s fireworks ordinance. The Police Department asks your cooperation to ensure our community enjoys a safe Independence Day.
